I'm a Healthcare UX Researcher with a background in Neuroscience Rehabilitation and Healthcare Technology, blending qualitative insights with data-driven strategy to design solutions that are both deeply human and measurably impactful.

I believe great design doesn't start with wireframes, it starts with listening. I've spent my career asking better questions: What do patients actually need in moments of uncertainty? What systems create more friction than flow? How can we use data not just to prove, but to illuminate?

My approach is guided by empathy and powered by evidence. Whether I'm mapping ER wait times or building inclusive digital tools, I use UX Research and data analytics to make complexity feel simple, and healthcare feel more human.
